Best Burning Practices
To ensure longevity of your soy candle, practice these burning tips:
- Light the wick and allow the entire top layer of the soy wax to melt
- Blow wicks out and allow them to cool before snipping off the charred tops. Re-lighting these charred tops will cause dark ash to form
- Do not put your soy candle out with the lid. This will cause the soy to absorb the smoke within the jar, tainting the oils
- Again, do not put your soy candle out with the lid. This will cause the lid to warp & distort
